Our Story
After years of working closely with teachers, school owners, and administrators, we saw the same struggles repeating — passionate educators working hard but without the tools, structure, or training to create lasting change. Many schools were doing their best, but lacked proper education consulting in Nigeria. Leaders felt alone. Teachers felt overwhelmed. Students were missing out.
We started Kingly Scholars to fill that gap.
Not with big theories or quick fixes — but with real, practical solutions that work in everyday classrooms. From setting up new schools to helping existing ones thrive, our mission has stayed the same:

Meet Our Team Lead
Uzolisa Ann O. is the Lead Consultant at Kingly Scholars Educational Consulting. She is a qualified teacher, certified by the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN), and holds a PGDE and a Master’s degree in Educational Planning and Administration.
Ann has many years of experience working with teachers and schools to improve how they teach and lead. She is passionate about helping educators grow and supporting schools to do better. Her training is simple, practical, and focused on real results for both teachers and students.
